New: Optimised and customs-free EU shipping!

To completely eliminate previous customs and IOSS issues for EU orders, we have fundamentally restructured our shipping process:
All EU orders are now bundled via express consolidated shipping directly to Germany (duration approx. 7-9 working days). Centralised and professional customs clearance and taxation take place there. Afterwards, we hand over all shipments to our logistics partner DHL in Germany, who handles the lightning-fast delivery directly to your door.

Your advantages: No customs problems at your door, no hidden fees, a secure shipping route, and significantly faster overall delivery times!

We manufacture and ship your order directly from our production site. After receipt of payment, your goods will be packed and dispatched as quickly as possible. We ship from Monday to Saturday (except on public holidays in Thailand).

Non-EU countries (e.g., Switzerland, UK, USA, Australia):
Orders to non-EU countries will continue to be shipped directly via airmail (Thai Post / Fastship). Countries like Switzerland or the UK have very straightforward customs structures for end consumers, ensuring a smooth process here as well.

Faster shipping possible?
Faster shipping is possible via EMS or courier services like UPS, TNT, etc. Delivery is then possible in 3-4 days, but costs at least 35 Euros even for a small letter. Therefore, we only offer this on request.

We do everything for the fastest possible shipping - But if the potential delivery time is a problem, please do not order!

Order Processing

After a successful order and payment, we will send an email with the order confirmation. Should an ordered item not be available from stock, we will announce this immediately.
In this case, we will partially cancel the order and refund proportionately, or deliver later upon request, or cancel the entire order. All incoming orders are packed and shipped daily. We ship from Monday to Saturday - except on Thai public holidays.
If the online tracking option is booked, we will attach this tracking number to the order.
If the order confirmation email does not arrive within 2 hours, please contact us.
